Select the User whose email address you need to change (use the search bar for speedy results).If you did not use a Google or Microsoft account to sign up for Dialpad, your Admin will need to follow the steps below to change a User's email address. Meaning, if you do it in Dialpad first, you’ll still need to have your Google/Microsoft Admin update the email address in the productivity suite before the user can log in. See our Add 2-Step Verification to Your Account for information on how to enable it.Dialpad Tip: You can change the email address from within Dialpad first (see the instructions a little further along in this article), however, it does not sync back to Google/Microsoft. Make sure that you have enabled 2-Step Verification (2SV) as an added security measure to keep others out of your account. Note: For security reasons, the previous email address will receive an alert that a change has been made. For help on resetting the account password, check out the Forgot My Password article. You must know the account password to change the email address. Find that email in your inbox, and follow the instructions in the email.An email will be sent to the new address.Select the Update Email button (icon looks like a pencil and paper).Mobile Apps - find the three dots icon for More.Browser - find t he gear-icon located at the upper-right corner of the site.(If you can't log in, try these steps for recovering your password)
